Assemblyman Steve Knight is a local conservative who has fought to protect our family values and balance our finances in the State Assembly.

A former Police Officer for more than 18 years, Steve understands what it takes to battle crime on the front lines.

Since his election to the Assembly in 2008, Steve has fought against tax increases and wasteful government spending. His record has earned him the support of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, and he has not only signed a pledge to never raise taxes, he’s lived up to it.

Steve has reached out and established relationships with business and government leaders from the cities of Lancaster, Palmdale, Victorville, Adelanto and the surrounding High Desert communities. Steve understands the vision and collaboration needed to achieve success.
